PROGRAMME 1: CHEST, SHOULDER & BACK

Bench Press : Lie on your Bench, first take lighter weights to Perform Bench Press.  Perform 2 sets repeat it for 10-12 times. Lie on your Bench, take heavy weights to Perform Bench Press.  Perform 3 sets repeat it for 10-12 times.

Dumbell Press : Keep your back on Bench end and press the Dumbells towards side.  Perform 5 sets repeat for 10-12 times.
